Is there a fee to join The Flock?
No, there is no fee to join The Flock. I understand that I can cancel my membership after 1 year (4 releases).
Can I switch my Flock club choice preference once I have signed up?
Yes, you are able to switch your club choice preference two weeks prior to a pick-up. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (507) 945-1092 to update your preference.
What if I am unable to pick up my wines during the pick-up party?
There are perks to picking up your wines during the pick-up party such as tastings, food, entertainment and much more! If you are unable to make the pick-up party, stop by the Tasting Room during normal business hours within 30 days of the release and a staff member will gladly assist you. If the wines are not picked up within that time frame and no other arrangements have been made, your wine will be put back on the shelf. We may have to substitute your selections depending on our current inventory. No refunds will be issued.
I will not be able to pick up my wines for an extended period of time - what are my options?

What if I am not receiving The Flock emails?
If you're not receiving The Flock emails, check your spam filter or junk mailbox. If you're still finding that you are not receiving the emails, check with The Flock coordinator to verify your email address. Please note that we use 2 different systems to send Flock emails - emails will come from firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
I thought that credit cards were processed just before The Flock pick-up/shipment? Why did my credit/debit card not get charged?
We typically charge all quarterly releases on the Tuesday before the pick-up party. The most common reason why your card was not charged is that your card has most likely expired or changed. Contact the Winery to update your payment information or log into your account at vinoshipper.com. If a Flock member has more than two quarter's worth of unpaid releases, membership will automatically be suspended.
How will I know when the next quarterly pick-up is?
Our primary method of communication is email. Please note that if you unsubscribe from The Flock emails, we will not be able to notify you of important membership details such as pick-up party details.
